Does This Sound Like You?
🔹
You've seen things you can't unsee. Our brain keeps replaying traumatic calls or work stress long after the shift ends.
🔹
You feel detached from loved ones, emotionally drained, or on guard.
🔹
You've held it together for far too long. Leaving us feeling exhausted and burnt out, but you keep showing up anyway
🔹
You care about others, yet you've neglected yourself, your relationships, self-care, and personal boundaries suffer.
🔹
You've tried to push through, but something inside isn't okay anymore
Your nervous system is exhausted, not Broken. And you don't have to keep pretending you're fine.
You deserve space where you don't have to hold it together. A place to finally exhale.

Owner of Begin To Breathe Mental Health Counseling
After 19 years in this field, supporting people who carry heavy emotional loads is personal to me. I've worked with first responders and healthcare professionals who give everything to others and rarely receive in return. My mission is to help you breathe again- literally and emotionally.
“I specialize in helping healthcare professionals and first responders recover from trauma, chronic burnout, and complex PTSD. My work focuses on restoring nervous-system regulation, rebuilding emotional resilience, and helping high-stress providers reconnect with themselves so they can feel steady, grounded, and whole again—on and off the job.”
